Helping Hands Made to Aid is a nonprofit 501 (c)(3)organization dedicated to providing direct financial assistance to individuals living with serious and chronic health conditions such as cancer, kidney disease, and organ transplantation. Medical crises often create financial instability, forcing individuals to choose between essential living expenses and their health. This organization exists to bridge that gap to prevent social determinants of health from exacerbating health outcomes.

  • Yes, we are a 501 (c) (3) organization, our employer ID number is 42-3008226. We appreciate your support in caring for the basic needs of those with debilitating medical conditions. We provide giving statements to all donors.

  • Donations will be used to provide direct financial assistance to Texas residents undergoing active cancer treatment (or another debilitating illnesses) who are experiencing financial hardship. Funding will support essential living expenses, including housing assistance (1st priority), medication assistance (2nd priority), utility payments (3rd priority), transportation to and from medical appointments (when extreme need present), and food assistance (when extreme need present).

  • Absolutely, we need help at our health and wellness fairs! Please send an email to Tiffany@helpinghandsmadetoaid.onmicrosoft.com to be added to the volunteer list. Thank you! We appreciate your big heart!

  • Yes, donations are always welcome. Unfortunately, funds often run out and we are not able to assist all that are in need.
